We have been researching and studying natural organic soil conditioners, potting mix, potting soil, and peat moss based products for several years.

A key point in our history was attending the International Peat Moss Conference in Newfoundland, Canada. This conference is where we met with numerous producers and buyers. As a result, operations were started in late 1995 and we had our first full season in 1996.

Over the years we have tested and conducted many growth trials with organic soil mixes and potting mixes. That's how we developed our new Peat Plus^TM Seaweed Mix.

We use Atlantic cold water seaweed with Peat Plus^TM Seaweed mix. We have had our soil products certified organic by the Nova Scotia Organic Growers Association (NSOGA) and the Maritime Certified Organic Growers Association (MCOG)and the ingredients we use follow the acceptable organic lists of NSOGA, MCOG, and OMRI*.

We continue to work closely with government and educational institutions to keep current on the latest research and technology in our field.

Currently, we produce an organic soil conditioner and potting soil under the brand name of Peat Plus^TM along with our regular peat moss product. Our products are used in homes and gardens around the world.
